Delegates from Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Mai University, Shanghai Ocean University, and Ningbo University visited President Ogawa and Vise President Fujishiro on Friday, May 19.

During the meeting, President Ogawa expressed his gratitude by saying, "This will be the first major event at our university in three years since the new coronavirus infection restrictions were lifted. We are very pleased to welcome professors from our partner universities and researchers from Japan and abroad."

He also expressed his gratitude to the partner universities for their past exchanges and to the professors who have been involved in the exchanges between the two universities.

The participating professors from each partner school introduced the current status of their respective universities and expressed their hopes to actively conduct exchanges in the future, which were not possible at the Corona Disaster, in order to develop mutual exchanges.

This time, the participants came to Japan to attend the international symposium (ISPFB, EAFTA, and FSMILE) held at Iwate University on May 18 and 19, 2012. The symposium topics included food quality maintenance and safety, supply chain, use of high voltage, plasma, and fine bubbles, and SDGs, etc. Not only Japanese researchers but also researchers from Thailand, China, Turkey, Indonesia, Taiwan, USA, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Singapore participated.
