Global Village Event Recap!

A first for the Global Village, Iwate University student Yukiya Sato gave an enlightening presentation to a packed room via Skype, offering insights and anecdotes about his current life and work with an education NPO in Nepal. At the end of the talk, attendees asked intriguing questions, and offered well-wishes as Yukiya continues his volunteer work in Himalayan schools.

岩手大学の学生である佐藤由季也さんがグローバルビレッジ史上初となるSkypeでのプレゼンテーションをしてくださいました。ネパールでの生活と教育NPOでの活動について話してくださいました。最後にはイベント参加者からの質問コーナーもあり、佐藤さんはヒマラヤの学校でのボランティアを続けていく前向きな気持ちを語ってくださいました。
